Glossary
Evidence trail
The traceable chain of sources behind an AI-generated insight — the specific tickets, code changes, documents, and conversations from which a claim was derived, exposed so a human can audit the reasoning.
Execution canvas
A spatial, live-updating surface that renders an organization's work — strategy, teams, sprints, tasks, capacity, dependencies — as a connected visual landscape rather than lists and tables.
Execution Intelligence System
Software that connects an organization's delivery tools into one continuously updated model of how work is progressing, then uses that model to surface risk, support decisions, and let teams act before problems compound.
Say/Do ratio
How much of what a team commits to (\"say\") it actually delivers (\"do\") within the committed period — typically completed work divided by committed work per sprint or cycle.
Simulation mode
Testing an execution decision — a reprioritization, a scope cut, a resource shift — against a live model of the real plan to see computed downstream consequences before applying anything to real data.
Sprint health
A composite, real-time read on whether a sprint is on track — synthesizing pace against commitment, capacity consumption, risk signals, and scope movement into a state a team can read at a glance.
