Ask Ever answers using your current workspace and sprint context — never your whole organization at once — and it never shows you anything you couldn't already see yourself.
What it is
When you ask a question, Ask Ever builds its answer from the workstream you're currently in (and, for Tactical questions, the current sprint specifically), not every workstream in your organization. It traces out from what you asked about to find related tasks, people, and projects, then checks that against your own permissions before including anything — so it can't hand you something you don't have access to, even if that information exists elsewhere in the organization's data.
How to read it
If Ask Ever says it can't find something, that's usually one of two things: the item genuinely sits outside your current workspace, or you don't have permission to see it. It's not a sign the AI failed to look hard enough.
What to do about it
Ask questions scoped to what you're currently looking at for the most reliable answers — switch workspaces first if you need to ask about a different one. If Ask Ever responds that your organization's AI credits are used up for the billing period instead of an answer, that's a subscription limit, not an error on your end — see Understanding Your Organization's Subscription or ask an organization admin to raise the limit.
