Assign Contributors and Set Priority
Drag a teammate onto a task to assign them, then double-click their avatar on the card to set their contribution priority.
Create Dependencies Between Work Items
Drag from a task card's connection ports to link it to another task as blocking or parenting.
Edit a Work Item
Open a task's Work Item Detail panel to edit its title and description, add attachments, and comment, with autosave throughout.
Edit Sprint Dates and Add Sprints
Ctrl+drag a sprint's border to change its dates, or double-click the hover-revealed strip at its edge to add a new sprint.
Manage the Sprint Roster
Each roster avatar's ring shows a teammate's workload against their capacity; double-click an avatar to edit their availability or contribution.
Navigate the Execution Canvas
Zoom, pan, and scroll around the execution canvas with your mouse, trackpad, or touch gestures.
Open and Edit a Project
Open a project from its Sankey ribbon or epic card to edit its name, color, parent, target date, and per-team effort.

Select and Move Work Items on the Canvas
Drag tasks between sprints, drag a marquee to select several at once, and Shift+click to add tasks to your selection.
Use the Calendar
Click a day to add an event, drag horizontally to open the breakout dashboard, and drag an event to move its target date.
Use the Sankey Ribbons
Click a ribbon to open its project, double-click to rename or recolor it, and drag it to reorder its priority.
Use the Work Item Card Dials
Double-click a task card's status, estimate, type, or project region to open a radial dial for changing it.
