Getting Started
Orientation and first steps in Everview.
Accept a Team Invitation
Opening an invite link signs you in, or has you create an account, and adds you to the organization automatically.
Change Your Email Address
Change the email you sign in with from Profile Settings — you'll confirm the new address with a 6-digit code.
Complete a Mission
Activate a mission from the User Menu, work through its scenario, and check your score before moving to the next one.
Connect a GitHub or Jira Account
Link your GitHub or Jira account from Connected Apps so Everview can sync your work — the only two providers live today.
Delete Your Account
Close your Everview account from Profile Settings by confirming any organizations you solely own, then typing DELETE.
Edit Your Profile
Update your name, title, and avatar from Profile Settings — changes save automatically as you type.
Everview Account vs. Connected Apps
Your Everview account is your one sign-in identity; Connected Apps are the separate external accounts you've linked to it.
Get Help and Support
The support icon opens a live, Slack-backed chat with the Everview team; the help icon opens this article panel.
Manage Multiple Connected Accounts
Link more than one organization per provider, then unlink individual ones without affecting the rest.
The OAuth Bootstrap Flow
Signing in via GitHub or Jira with no existing organization makes Everview create one for you automatically.
Find Organization Settings
Organization settings live behind a small menu icon inside the organization switcher, not a toolbar gear icon.
Open Work Items in Tabs
Double-click a task or project card to open it in a tab — keep several tabs open and switch between them.
Sign Up or Log In to Everview
Everview uses one passwordless flow for signing up and logging in: enter your email, then confirm a 6-digit code.
Switch Between Organizations and Workspaces
Use the organization logo and the workspace selector, both in the toolbar, to move between organizations and their workspaces.
Missions
Missions are guided, scenario-based exercises that run in their own sandbox organization, useful for onboarding new teammates.
Use the Prompt Bar
The prompt bar at the bottom of the canvas is where you search your workspace or ask Ask Ever a question.
Welcome to Everview
A first look at the Everview canvas, how to get oriented, and where to go next.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
Organizations you solely own are deleted and their subscriptions canceled at period end; shared organizations just lose your membership.
