Account deletion affects your organizations differently depending on whether you're their sole owner.
What it is
Closing your Everview account is permanent. What happens to each organization you belong to depends on your role in it:
- Organizations you solely own are deleted along with your account. Their subscriptions are canceled at the end of the current billing period — deletion doesn't refund or immediately stop billing.
- Organizations you share with others aren't deleted. You're removed as a member, and billing ownership transfers to another admin if needed.
How to read it
Before you confirm, Everview shows you exactly which organizations fall into each group, plus how many demo/Missions workspaces will be removed. Read this summary carefully — it's specific to your account, not generic.
What to do about it
If you own an organization others depend on, don't rely on deletion to hand it off cleanly — transfer ownership or resolve billing yourself first. Deletion doesn't cancel existing subscriptions immediately; use Billing to stop charges before you delete your account if that matters to you. Past-due subscriptions block deletion entirely until resolved.
